All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout to accommodate your needs:

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping method and order weight.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes using expedited or overnight services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
